Object Oriented Design! Yuck!!!!
Above statement is not true in my case anymore. Suddenly realized that i am/had using/used a mighty lot of these concepts for some time now. But still the egoic "C" part of mine did not let me accept/realize this fact. Now its a template'd' declaration.

Data Structures

Doing Data structures is always fun. At least for people who do some kind of serious USB based solutions need to be sharp in this aspect of programming.

Managers & Engineers

Manager Vs Engineer has always been a controversial thing. If you ask me for the reason of who ever we are, never understood a thing called balance. Sometime ago people in corporates figured out that placing themselves in a managerial ladder would give them lot of freedom, command among other things which an average mind would fall for. Now, with this trend set in place and practiced for some time now its all mangers where ever you go. Any mid sized tech company these days would have more number of managers than engineers who actually implement things. I think this is one dangerous path to traverse for several reasons(Not listed here!).
Instead things can be structured to be simple, lean and mean. After all any end customer would never ever worry about "How many managers took part in this product". Its only "This light burns" or "This light is stupid".

Orphan Gold

Visited an orphanage . Such places would teach us a lot about life and certain terrible facts about it. May be, people should get reset this way in a periodic fashion. I was really amazed, looking at the confidence the kids possessed.
