Innovation

I think this word "Innovation" is one of the most over used out gas words ever in recent times. Visit any tech website(Any company. Size does not matter at all)you can count a lot this particular word. Lots and lots of discussions do happen relating innovation and startups etc.
If you ask me, people really don't care about how innovative your product is. What might really sell is one god damn down to earth, simple solution which can make their lives better. But given the rate at which we INNOVATE:) i am really surprised that we do not see such products in large numbers.
At times i do get a feeling that we guys equipped with Stanford's, IIT's, IISc do often end up in complicating things where as the focus should have been to simplify things....
